Upon ride request via the Wheels2U app, our advanced computer algorithm swiftly matches you with a shuttle that picks you up at your location and swiftly transports you to your endpoint. Typically offering trip times comparable to other ride services.

• What is the average wait time?
• Prior to booking, you will receive an accurate pick-up time estimation. Additionally, you can monitor your vehicle's real-time location through the app.

• The number of passengers sharing the ride may vary depending on your journey and concurrent rider requests. Our shuttles are spacious, accommodating up to 12 individuals comfortably.
